Job Opportunity - Chairman Board of Management

One year ago when the board of management of one of Middle Easts' most respected construction companies was lauded for their record high number of contracts on the book and overall impressive performance, the chairman of the board of management carried off all the praise stating the attainment was owing to his good analytical and leadership skills. He was a shrewd man. Four months after his sudden demise, it has proved hardly possible to find his replacement, also construction activities have been almost paralyzed in Dubai and in the larger UAE territories .

I won the bid for professional attachment to this bereavement, I played the supplier for a mourning venue and transient friend. Last Sunday one of those that attended the funeral gave me a surprise visit. I had not planned on story-hearing that afternoon all the same I sat down and listened to him given that I previously put in them 100% confidence on my interpretation skills. All the possible people they found apparently turned out to oppose the course of the their beloved deceased chairman.

"I would recommend someone that I know personally and who possesses the required qualities as your late chairman." I poured myself with honesty, vulnerability and practical strategy to revolutionize the selection process for this and many more forms of employment. I prepared soft-core job description in what would seem exactly as the deceased.
  • The person should pride him/herself as independent thinker who do not accept others' opinions without satisfactory proof.
  • The person must be  wise enough not to reveal him/herself to others.
  • The person should have great need for other people to like and admirer him/her
  • He/She must have unchecked tendency of being critical of him/herself.
  • The person should fairly have personality weaknesses but generally be able to compensate for them.
  • If the he/she has unused capacity, he/she need not to convert it to an advantage
  • Should he/she have any ambitions, they should be hardly achievable.
  • He/she should exhibit worrisomeness and insecurity
  • He/she should neither possess preference for change nor variety
  • He/she should consciously filter everything and accept only what corresponds to his/her thinking and self-image.

If you think you meet criteria, please contact me for consideration.
